The chair is attractive and comfortable, but it was not manufactured with care. One of the back brackets was not attached at the correct angle, so the chair back would not go down all the way. But luckily, my handyman was able to remove and reposition it. Also, the stitching on one side is crooked and doesn't cover the staples as it should. First, the Good the chair looks great and is a fantastic option for a small room. The bottom cushion is soft and supports me at a 200 pounds. I love the fold out side table on the right. The mechanism is solid and very stable. It’s easy to put together, and is solidly built. The not so good it’s small. It does not sit that high off the ground so make sure you look at the measurements before purchasing. I am 6’2” and my knees bend up as the seat is lower than a traditional chair. Also, I’ve tried my best to love it as it does look good in the space, but it’s just not a comfortable chair. The back does not have a lot of padding and is very stiff. The armrest are more narrow than my wrist so you can’t put anything on it. I think if this is a chair to put in a small space, and will not be used often, then this is a perfect buy. The color, style, and dimensions are as expected. It was well packaged and delivery went well. Room for improvement on the quality. The brads are not straight and go in wavy lines. They skimped on the fabric and there is one spot where they didn't have enough to fold under the brad. There is also a small scratch in the leather that almost goes through to become a tear and a couple of small scratches and dings on the legs. It appears to be solid construction although a little out of square and one leg sits a half inch off the ground, but levels out to touch the floor when I sit in the chair. Hopefully it settles square on the floor with time. It will do if you have little attention to detail, but cheap Chinese manufacturing for this price point is disappointing.. Katie. Lebanon, NH.
