This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Our kids love it, and we’ve already spent countless hours lounging, watching movies, and just relaxing together. I also love that it’s modular because you can arrange it however works best for your space. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. I pondered for weeks wondering whether to get this sectional as there were no reviews. I decided to "test" it out by ordering the double sofa bench separately, figuring that I would return it (pay shipping charges and restocking fee) if I did not like it. I received it, but literally only received 1/2 the unit. The website incorrectly did not mention that it only came with one box (Carton C) instead of two boxes. So, after some back and forth with wayfair who had to contact the manufacturer, I was told I had to order Carton H as well. That was very annoying as I had to pay another $170. Since then, they have corrected the website and description to clearly show you have to order each box separately. (this is true also if you order the double pull out bed module) After I received Carton H, I decided it seemed to be good quality and I liked the color (light gray) so I went ahead and ordered the sectional, but ordered each piece separately as I wanted to have 2 chaise lounges (instead of the double bench and ottoman show in the main picture). The pieces arrived on Friday and Saturday and we assembled it last night. Instructions were not easy to locate, so just started building the couch (no tools are needed, you just line up brackets to connect pieces). Big heads up: Start from the right of the sofa and work your way left. You also need 2 people to build the sectional. Lounged in sectional last night (I love that my husband and I now have our own chaises to use) and it is very comfortable and seems pretty solid and well built. The loose pillows definitely provide more comfort and it is nice that you can use the couch with our without them! Pictures show the loose pillows, first without the bed pulled out, the second with the bed. Definitely glad I got this sectional! Absolutely beautiful well crafted couch. It took longer than expected for delivery but it was worth the wait. Couch is well made and wrapped in satin type fabric. Both the couch seat and small arm cushions are a downy feather blend. Couch back cushions are well stuffed with a poly foam blend. Seat cushions are a bit firm to reduce sagging. Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Really comfortable - the midnight bayou is a stunning navy color. The slipcovers are well fitted and look great. Updated after 6 weeks- the cushions compress a pretty significant amount leaving you sitting about 15 inches off the floor rather than the 18 in the description. It’s very comfortable - I thought to swap out the legs but unfortunately unlike other sofas of this price the legs are nailed in and not an easy swap. If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy.
