Our slipcovered sleeper sofa goes from stylish seat to comfortable bed. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. The couch is sturdy and well made. And looks great in my spare bedroom. I have called Wayfair customer service and am waiting to see how they will resolve this.. Theresa. Juno Beach, FL. This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Our kids love it, and we’ve already spent countless hours lounging, watching movies, and just relaxing together. This is the E Carton for chenille sectional sofa, the armless chaise module part. It can combine into a modular sofa with other modules. It's great choice to buy the sectional sofa if you like to change sofa shape to change the room style and layout.

I pondered for weeks wondering whether to get this sectional as there were no reviews. I decided to "test" it out by ordering the double sofa bench separately, figuring that I would return it (pay shipping charges and restocking fee) if I did not like it. I received it, but literally only received 1/2 the unit. The website incorrectly did not mention that it only came with one box (Carton C) instead of two boxes. So, after some back and forth with wayfair who had to contact the manufacturer, I was told I had to order Carton H as well. That was very annoying as I had to pay another $170. Since then, they have corrected the website and description to clearly show you have to order each box separately. (this is true also if you order the double pull out bed module) After I received Carton H, I decided it seemed to be good quality and I liked the color (light gray) so I went ahead and ordered the sectional, but ordered each piece separately as I wanted to have 2 chaise lounges (instead of the double bench and ottoman show in the main picture). The pieces arrived on Friday and Saturday and we assembled it last night. Instructions were not easy to locate, so just started building the couch (no tools are needed, you just line up brackets to connect pieces). Big heads up: Start from the right of the sofa and work your way left. You also need 2 people to build the sectional. Lounged in sectional last night (I love that my husband and I now have our own chaises to use) and it is very comfortable and seems pretty solid and well built. The loose pillows definitely provide more comfort and it is nice that you can use the couch with our without them! Pictures show the loose pillows, first without the bed pulled out, the second with the bed. Definitely glad I got this sectional! Pull out the bed frame under the seat. There are two length options. When it is not fully pulled out, it becomes a chaise sofa, and when it is fully pulled out, this sofa can quickly turn into a Queen-size bed for resting. With high quality sponge,plus soft and skin-friendly corduroy ,the sofa is comfortable which is perfect to sit as well as to sleep on it. With premium quality steel tubing, double reinforcements, and stabilizing legs, the steel folding cot sturdily maintains balance with no worry of toppling over. Breathable velet fabric and high-density sponge upholstery give a soft feeling and excellent support.

Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it.
