I’m really happy with this chair! It was pretty easy to put together and feels sturdy once assembled. The seat is wider than most gaming chairs I’ve tried, which makes it much more comfortable when sitting for a long time. I really like the footrest and being able to recline when I want to relax, although feels flimsy not sure on the weight it can hold . The lumbar and neck pillows give good support too, the massage pillow is more of a buzzing than massaging, It looks great in person and honestly feels like a much more expensive chair for the price. My only grip would be the massager pillow and the foot rest but overall a great chair. My box did come with some damage have a few dings you can see in the pics. Victor. St Petersburg, FL. Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. The armrests lowest level is a tad high, but that doesn't bother me or my posture.. Josh. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Apr 18 2026

Overall Rating 3.55 Stars – Good Functionality, Disappointing Material Quality I’ve been using this chair for approximately three and a half years, exclusively at home, and I’ve always taken good care of it. Unfortunately, the materials have started to deteriorate. As shown in the attached photo, left armrest has developed a long crack across the surface. Additionally, the seat cushion foam has started to develop an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing and makes the chair less comfortable to use. On the positive side, all the mechanical functions and adjustments are still working properly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the chair’s overall functionality. However, considering that the chair has only been used indoors under normal conditions and has been well maintained, I expected the upholstery and seat cushion materials to last longer than three years. Overall, it’s a functional chair with good mechanical durability, but the quality and longevity of the upholstery and cushioning materials could be significantly better. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The chair still works well, but the deterioration of the materials and the unpleasant odor prevent me from giving it a higher rating.. Ahmet. Rego Park, NY.
