Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. I'm really excited about these tiles. I got them for my downstairs bathroom and they are exactly what I was looking for. They have a nice thickness and the color and pattern are gorgeous! You can do several different design patterns if you want but I'm going to cut them in half for the edges and then just fill them in. It will make the square footage go farther that way. I should have just enough from 1 box to do do my small 1/2 bath. I will update with photos of them installed when I've got them installed. Now, with that out of the way, I love this color flooring and the materials are so smooth when walking on it. The rich walnut goes perfect with my gold accent curtains. It makes the room feel really warm. It is important to purchased the right amount and place the panels in the right directions. The picture and the box that it comes in shows how the placement of the panels go. Do not put them all going in 1 direction, it will not work. I chose the snap and lock ones because I didnt want to get involved with all of that glue, also, I really didnt want to pull my vinyl flooring up because I am not a professional and if I messed up, I could just pull the panels up and hire a professional. (I pulled them up after taking the picture and Im hiring a professional right after this review lol). It seems easy enough, however, I need to pull my base boards off and pull my vinyl up so that they can secure properly. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
