It's solid wood and incredibly heavy, and it was clearly dropped during shipping. I asked for a replacement top be sent and was told that would happen no problem, only to find out on delivery date, that wasn't happening. I was ghosted...I chatted again with their customer service asking for a refund of the tabletop since I will have to get it repaired (if possible) on my own only to be told I need to return it if I wanted a refund..
