The firepit took a few weeks to arrive, and was worth the wait. It is exactly as described and pictured. The only drawback is that the straps that secured it to the pallet rubbed the black finish off on all four sides so we will need to fix that as it is too heavy to return. This fire pit is a quality fire pit. I have to wait until my sons come home from college to lift this. It is heavy which is great because being around fire you want a sturdy made-well piece and that’s what it is. I saw this at a friend’s house and she told me which one on Wayfair to buy so I already know this is a great pit. Now that it’s getting warmer out, I will keep it in the box until October.
