This is a rating for both the fountain and the great service. I've been looking at real rock water features for a while, always scared off by how much they weigh. I saw this and the positive ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered and it arrived in a couple of days. During the ordering process, I cheaped out and decided I could install it by myself. Little did I know my front yard was mostly rock. I started a chat on the Wayfair site, first with AI then quickly escalated to a real person and I was VERY happy to find out that I could add assembly after it had arrived. That was scheduled for two days later. The day before I called the installation services to make sure they knew it included digging a hole. A very friendly and helpful associate, Esther, put me on hold a few times to pull up the actual instructions and size hole required. She then confirmed that she had made them aware of the required digging. They arrived on time today and an hour later I had a working fountain that I couldn't be happier with - both looks and sound. This kit offers up a pool on the top of each basalt rock. Because of the slight depression on the tops of the babblers, these fountains attract birdlife and showcase the water pulsing out. These three rocks can nook into one another or remain offset in multiple combinations. These pillars include the Caldera 36", Hollow Springs 25", and the Klamath Basin 16" rocks.

I love, love this fountain! The bases are wide and don't topple when, for example, a cat or squirrel jumps on. The 3 tiers are not physically attached, so there is a lot of freedom in how you can arrange them (you'll need help moving the lowest basin, but an adult male can handle the other pieces alone). Most pedestal fountains have a rubber gasket sealing the hole where the pump cord goes, but this has a hidden tube above the waterline to pass the power cord through, so no seal is needed. This made it easy for me to replace the pump with a solar-powered one. I am not a fan of resin, and I really appreciate the "real" look of the stone. Ive been looking for a water fountain for quite some time. I wanted something that would provide conversation privacy from my neighbors, drown out some freeway noise, yet still sound tranquil. What I love about this fountain is the shape, size and overall modern style. Its a heavy solid piece, and it sounds wonderful with just the perfect amount of water flow. Wayfair Delivery was quick and amazing, and my contractor put it together in less than a hour. Everything is built-in, so once you get it centered and level, you just add water and plug it in. Simple, easy concept design! Its more textured than I expected, and unfortunately there are minor nicks all around the exterior and along the rim. Because I ordered the black color, its probably more noticeable. Just something to note if ordering in black. Overall, Im so happy with my new water fountain!! Its adding so much to my peace!!. The perfect addition to our deck to make a peaceful little water oasis. Since the planter on the side and top dont have drainage holes, I opted to add my own little potted plants set inside. I love that it is solar powered and you can charge it back up with a little phone power bank or USB plug. You'll want to add water every day or so as there is evaporation on hot days and the water level can get too low if you don't. The sound is soothing like a little stream too! I love this item! I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. I love this Fountain however, about the plastic plug at the base of the bottom bowl tends to pop up and allow water to drain, my handyman was able to Jerry rig a system that holds the plug down so problem is solved but manufacturer should address. Now that the fall has arrived birds are making frequent visit to bathe and the squirrels think it's there public drinking fountain.
