Looks great! A bit of a pain to assemble but I'm happy with the result. The storage space underneath the cushion is only covered by some thin wood slats knit together so I wouldn't trust falling down onto that cushion. Comfort-wise it's a little stiff, some nice, soft pillows would definitely help. I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. This 95” beige velvet reversible chaise sofa looks very modern and the velvet fabric is beautiful. Assembly took time and it’s definitely a two‑person job. Some of the screws to mount the base didn’t align correctly, so I had to jam them in to make it work. My package was also missing a few screws, but I had similar ones in my toolbox. The cushions are firm, and the inserts were tight to fit and zip up. I’m a little concerned that with weight and daily use, the zippers might give out over time.
