Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. Due to vacuum compression and roll-pack, cushions and armrests may appear slightly uneven or wrinkled when first opened. This is normal and temporary. Allow time for full expansion, to speed up recovery or smooth out cushions, use a blow dryer on warm/cool setting or a steam iron carefully over the cushion surface. 2.
