Great cabinets for the price. I changed the knobs to go with my decor. The reason for a four start vs five star is because when I first purchased the cabinets the description said solid wood. Then after item shipped I looked at the item again because I was excited and the description had changed. It no longer said solid wood and a review popped up that hadnt been there saying it wasnt solid wood as they had expected so the description had been updated. Gorgeous. Perfect size. Holds a lot. The shelves inside are adjustable in height. The cabinet doors are the soft closing mechanism. It was simple to put together. I did it myself in about an hour. It doesn’t take up too much space to make the room feel cluttered but it’s big enough to be an eye catching piece of furniture. I’m really pleased with the final result. The piece has excellent solid quality construction with sturdy materials. The soft-close doors operate smoothly and quietly. Assembly was the biggest challenge. It took me several hours to put together, and the doors required extra time and patience to adjust properly so they hang straight. The instructions were decent but not perfect, and I definitely recommend having a second person help if possible. Once assembled, it’s a lovely piece. It looks modern and elegant, and offers good storage. Overall, the quality justifies the effort.
