Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I bought this couch without any previous reviews knowing there might be a risk with out any personal reference as to the comfort and quality of the couch. We needed something small for our space and I’m so happy that I took the risk and bought this couch! For the size it is super comfortable and seems well made. My family has been enjoying it and so far have 0 regrets. The only thing you have to do is attach the feet which took minutes. There are some plastic floor guards on the bottom of the feet which made the couch slide around a bit too much on my hardwood floors but I had some foam furniture pad grips that I applied to the bottom and we were good to go. I’ve had this couch for about two weeks and would give it 3 stars. I ordered the beige, and the color is pretty accurate to the listing photos. I will admit that I didn’t realize when ordering that this is a completely frameless couch. It arrives fully vacuum sealed and is essentially made entirely of foam/cushioning with no internal frame or structure. It was very easy to unpack and took about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Unfortunately, my first impression was that it looked and felt pretty cheap. The fabric has a very synthetic feel and had a noticeable smell when first opened. Even after fully expanding, the couch is much more wrinkled and less full and structured than it appears in the listing photos. I think you would need to spend quite a bit of time steaming and working with the fabric to get it to look closer to the photos. Comfort-wise, it’s comfortable enough at first, but the lack of a frame becomes noticeable the longer you sit on it. You gradually sink into the foam and the couch starts to lose its shape and structure underneath you. This is especially noticeable toward the ends, where putting too much weight in one area can cause the couch to lean forward to the point where it almost feels like you’re falling off. Overall, it’s functional and relatively comfortable, but it definitely looks and feels like an inexpensive couch. If you’re looking for something casual and don’t mind the completely frameless construction, it may work for you. If you’re expecting the fuller, more structured look shown in the listing photos or something that feels like a traditional sofa, I would probably look elsewhere.. Brittnie. Jersey City, NJ.
