THIS is a FABULOUS product and design. I've been disappointed too many times with online orders, including from Wayfair, but THIS!! Simply awesome. We might be buying another one! I will add that, over the year, the fabric has faded to a grey, and I wish the umbrella weren't so tiny. More shade is better. Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. The fair is very nice once you are able to get it together. The chair part that attaches to to frame rocking part took forever to put together. Just a heads up , the bolts that come with it to put the two pieces together are two short. My suggestion is for you to go to hardware store and get 3 inch bolts instead of fighting with the two inch bolts that it comes with. This is what we had to do.
