Scottsmoor Oak's stunning character is visually rich with the beautiful knots, mineral streaks and natural splits seen in heirloom hardwood. Heightening its appeal is a very low-gloss finish, which calls to mind vintage European oil-rubbed floors. Scottsmoor Oak is hand selected by design experts to bring the natural artistry of hardwood into your home. The clean look and understated finishes let the beauty of the wood shine through for a timeless look that ages gracefully.

It wears really well and it’s very difficult to scratch it. I have a dog and a cat and I’ve never seen a scratch on it. I’ve had it in for about a year now. It was pretty easy to install and I get compliments all the time and people can’t believe that it’s engineered flooring. I wish it was cheaper but for us it was basically an experiment to see if we liked the type of finish in this one room.. Jonathan. Nantucket, MA. Sun Feb 10 2019

I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. It's easy to sweep/vacuum and Bona mop.. Anonymous. Wed Dec 18 2024

The reason I didn't give a better score is because 6 of the 7 planks were the exact same style with only one having some dark in it. I only ordered one box, so it would have looked very odd had I decided to install. Also the sample I received was much darker than those 6 as seen in the photo, and didn't match either of the plank styles received. I don't blame Wayfair for this.. Guido. North Carolina. Roanoke Taupe Brown- These floors are high quality. However it’s very hard to tell in a Sample how they will look. I was hoping for more of a solid wood look with not much of a knotty wood/rustic look. These floors border on the edge of a rustic look. They are also a golden- honey color. If that is the look you’re going for, these floors are amazing in quality and durability.. Natalie. Norman, OK. Tue Sep 24 2024
