Love this shoe bench. Perfect size for the area I bought it for, the walk through from the garage into the house. Shoes were always left on the floor to trip over and now they can fit neatly in the shoe cubby holes. My husband's size 13 shoes also fit. Love it and highly recommend this product. It took me a while to put together but that was because I kept getting pieces backwards. Totally my error and not due to the instructions. They also included extra pieces which was very thoughtful. This is the cheapest plastic junk I have ever seen. Thin materials, holes don't line up, and the whole thing weighs less than 10 lbs fully assembled so I have low expectations that it won't tip over. The space between the shelves is too narrow for work or hiking boots so the utility is really only for sneakers or low heels. I like these racks very much for the functionality, the size and they stack well. I've been using them for about 6 months and they stay together nicely. I agree with another review, that the actual color is not represented accurately in website pics. The reason removing 1 star is that we had a bit of a tough time on getting some of the screws to be flush which didn't allow to cover with the little wooden knob/cap, however that doesn't affect the function.
