This is a nice table that is simple to assemble. I really like how easy it is to extend. The leaf stores inside in the middle. This is a well put together table that serves our purpose, the package was heavy however I opened it where I wanted to assemble the table so didn’t struggle much. I gave 4 stars mostly for my own fault. the table is pretty narrow. My own bad for not seeing just how narrow it is. Its just wide enough for 2 dinner plates to be across from each other. With 2 people sitting on the ends and 4 people around the table (2 on each side) there is barley enough room for plates and glasses, no extra room for serving platters. It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. The table was just delivered and it is a beautiful design and great size. However, there is definitely a manufacturing defect with the legs- the legs form the last wood slats on each end of the table, and neither end is aligned :/ Each side is “off” by a bit, and the gaps are not symmetrical. Seems sloppy at this price point. Not sure what to do now given no more stock to replace for same and other reviews indicating aimilar problems across all of them— indicating it’s a mfr defect more than a one-off. Another note- four big screws are super visible on each side. Would be nice if manufacturer made those inset or had a cap to make them less visible.
