The package and all parts arrived undamaged, parts are well organized in the box with clear labeling, instruction manual is well written with clear/simple drawings, the chair color (light walnut) looks good as advertised, and the chair assembly is painless. First, the included wrench is marginal. IMO, start your chair assembly with a standard wrench - it'll make for a more pleasant experience. Second, I would pre-drill all the screw hole ends to eliminate wood cracking, specifically the seat back (see photo). Use a 3/32" drill bit or smaller on hole ends to prevent wood cracking. First off, I own many polywood chairs and items and their products are top notch. Quality is superb. This Adirondack chair is the same. Easy to assemble, looks great, functions great and excellent quality. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hardware kit was not complete and we were missing 4 of the screws.
