Got this for my son’s room. Hoped it wouldn’t be too juvenile or cartoonish and it’s not. Cutouts make a nice pattern on the wall. Does not come with bulbs (hint-do not buy the pointy tip bulbs) or batteries for the remote. The room is fairly small and I don’t think this would move enough air for a larger room. The prettiest fan EVER...BUUUUT!!! It stop working in 7 months. The light won't go out. Called an Electrician and he said the unit had to be replaced. Before I say anything about this fan let me tell you to get a 4” junction box and not the standard 3.5” in most homes. Just save yourself the time and get ahead of that! The fan was easy to put up. After doing it I would only change one thing. I would take out the screws for the blades before getting the fan 15 feet up in the air. You’ll save your shoulders from the burn! The fan pushed a good amount of air and is super quiet! I also appreciate all of the extra parts for multiple installation scenarios.
