The rug feels more plush than the thin pile would suggest in photos. We have grey herringbone flooring and gray sofa so the colors of the rug bring out greens grey with hints of blue and gold. Only reason it didn’t get 5 star is part of the edge won’t stay flat no matter what we try. It’s too much hassle to return it so we shift that to the back of the room where there’s less traffic. I’m so pleased with this rug. The green is very subtle with a mix of sage and olive that are heathered with ivory so it doesn’t look like a big green rug. It’s soft underfoot, while it is thin, I have a 14” rug pad underneath. Lay a few weighted objects out on it upon unrolling and it will lay flat just fine within a couple hours.
