This ladder is light weight, but once put together feels sturdy and solid. I expected this to come with an extra rail, because it states that you can switch from one rail to another. However, only one rail is included. The black paint may chip over time. Some steps arrived bent, but Wayfair quickly sent a replacement. Being a visual learner and directionally challenged, my biggest issue with this ladder was the instructions. Word of advice…. Put the wheels and hook ladders on before the steps. It arrived with decent instructions and an Allen wrench. However, you will want to use a screw gun or else prepare for an all day assembly with sore fingers. This is actually super cool! The people who left bad reviews didn’t read the description of what they were getting. When I was unboxing the pieces my guy said “This thing is legit! That’s 14” steel!” It is very sturdy and perfectly fit my 16 foot shelf! You build you own ladder (see mine made from 2x4’s in my pics) so you can make it any height you like.
