I absolutely love this rolling ladder. My craft room storage area isn’t finished yet, but at least the ladder got installed. I would’ve given it. Five stars had the instructions not been so way off that it added so much time for me to figure out. If it was peace, a, it was actually peace B. Still highly recommend! But good luck with the instructions.. Christie. Ellijay, GA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Looks great, but the dowel design is a safety concern. The ladder looks very nice and is mostly functional. I had to add a 2x4 backer so I could mount it properly to the studs, which worked fine with appropriate lag bolts. My big issue is the screws that hold the dowels in place. Theyre too short to get a good bite, and some dont catch at all (you can see this in the photo). As a result, the dowels now spin freely in their holes. It looks nice, but I have serious concerns about using it to its full potential. Spinning rungs are a safety hazard and make it impossible to get a secure grip. Longer screws, or a different retention method, would fix this. As it stands, I cant recommend it for anything beyond light use. The pull up bar does have long screws though that you can get a good bite into to at least I can use that, but I am constantly having to tighten it. There are ones I see available that have more of an oval dowel which seems far superior to this in hindsight.. Courtney. Fort Mcmurray, AB. Wed Oct 14 2026

The traditional style elements of this metal ladder make it a perfect addition to any home. The metal ladder is finished on all sides.

I was so excited to get this rolling library ladder ….Arrived fast, laid out all the pieces and started assembly…directions were clear and was able to put it together myself…black iron rails are nice and the steps are thick….then went to install rolling part….i apparently didn’t measure correctly and was short…so bummed….now I will have someone else measure again and order the right size this time ….cant wait till the right sized to get here. This is great! The ladder is sanded very smooth and soft, no additional sanding required. Ladder is difficult to assemble, as in awkward. You will need someone to hold things and fiddle with it with you. The rail was super easy, and the metal pieces are pretty substantial. My only complaint is that one of the screw heads sheared off, so now I don't have support there, but the hassle of trying to tap it out has prevented me from dealing with it unless I have to. Ladder adjusts easily and rolls very smoothly! Buy it, it's worth it.. Anonymous. US. Mon Apr 20 2026

**Great Wood Quality, but the Screws Are Too Small** Delivery to the Bay Area was fast, and the wood looks great and feels like high-quality material. However, the screws provided for the ladder steps were too small and couldn't securely hold the steps in place. This is a serious safety concern, especially for a ladder. I had to purchase larger screws separately to complete the assembly, which cost me around $35. I've included a photo showing the screw size I purchased for reference. Wayfair provided a partial refund to compensate for this issue, which I appreciate. Overall, I'm happy with the wood quality and appearance, but the manufacturer really needs to improve the screw sizing and quality control to ensure the ladder can be assembled safely.. Anonymous.
