The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. I love this! Color I got was yellow and I do have to say it is more stunning to me in different light. No matter though because it is beautiful. Great sectional, very comfortable. Love the slide out bed and lift storage. It came highly compressed into the boxes with the cushions being vacuumed to save space. They plumped up immediately after I cut them out. Fabric is soft and looks pretty durable. The reclining back was a nice touch. They work like an old patio lawn chair. Click it forward for different positions and then all the way forward to reset it back. The size was almost exactly what I was looking for.
