I’m giving these sconces a full five stars because they truly are beautiful and high quality, although you do need to be aware of a quite substantial inconvenience before you order them. The design is such where you have to unscrew and take down the entire sconce to recharge them. I was lucky to be able to hang them in an area where I can use a long extension cord and charging cable to avoid this, but everyone may not be able to do so. It would’ve been much better if they designed them so that only the portion on the pole disconnected. One of the bulbs also came broken, but Wayfair is sending a replacement, so that isn’t much of an issue. I really do love the appearance and utility of these lights. They are very stylish and offer a good solution for dimly lit areas where a hardwired light isn’t an option.. Michelle. New Baltimore, MI. Thu Oct 01 2026

It isn’t easy to find battery operated wall sconces that look high end so I was so happy to find these! A pair of cordless wall sconces made for the softer hours. The glow is soft and even, and the output is at night-light level — enough for ambience and gentle wayfinding, and not meant for reading or tasks. It suits a bedroom, a kids' room, a hallway, an entryway, or a kitchen wall. A petal of glass sits on a gently curved arm, and both run on rechargeable batteries with no wiring and no electrician, but it requires drilling holes in the wall to ensure it doesn't come loose over time.

Easy to assemble. There are multiple light settings that you can toggle using a button on the side (one cool, one medium, and one warm). Anonymous. Fri Aug 21 2026
