Love my sectional. I was a little worried when people in the reviews said it was hard. Not hard at all. It was stiff as it is new but it will break in with time. We have had it up a couple of days still loving it. I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV.
