Sculpture is beautiful. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED with no directions for how to make the water fountain run. Pump sold separately is not how to add it to a statute that sits flat on the ground!! I haven’t been able to use it as a fountain. I would return it if I could!!!!!!!!!!. Amy. US. Tue Oct 14 2025

Innocence and warmth flowing in metal, this brass statue offers us a window into the gentleness of a child’s heart. Crouching next to a furred puppy, the little boy balances his body on one hand while reaching the dog with the other, with an affectionate worry on his face, about the caress of his companion. In contrast to the softness in the boy’s manner, the dog seems alert and agitated. Maybe he is afraid or irked by someone or something. From the softness and polish on the boy’s face and clothes to the textures of the hair on the puppy’s body, the sculptor has paid attention to every detail, creating realistic and believable art. With its simple yet profound choice of subject, this brass statue becomes a step further from just decor- it is an artistic reminder, that “no act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”
