Although this lamp is beautiful, the first one sent to me was broken so they replaced it with a second lamp, which was broken. It was only a small part that needed to be replaced for it to work and Wayfair said they send a replacement part two me. After waiting three weeks, I get a message from Wayfair telling me that this lamp is not being made anymore therefore I will not be getting the replacement piece. Set arrived with one lion damaged and missing an entire leg, and both lions right-facing. Packing was thin sheets of styrofoam that was completely disintegrated upon opening the box. Wayfair customer service has been easy as usual but still waiting (with a broken lion and two boxes with of exploded styrofoam in my garage) on the manufacturer to “reach out” regarding return/exchange options.
