The pair is hand cast in a durable Fiberglass Resin. This set is recommended for interior use because of its finer finish. However, the casting will hold up in outdoor use. We do recommend that for outside long lasting use, the customer should provide lacquer top coat on an as needed basis depending on conditions.

Set arrived with one lion damaged and missing an entire leg, and both lions right-facing. Packing was thin sheets of styrofoam that was completely disintegrated upon opening the box. Wayfair customer service has been easy as usual but still waiting (with a broken lion and two boxes with of exploded styrofoam in my garage) on the manufacturer to “reach out” regarding return/exchange options.
