The chair is as described and looks great. It has a very firm seat that I imagine it may soften over time. The leather isnt the highest quality, but it looks good without any defects. Very light. The chairs are large and comfortable. The leather is soft but not the softest of leathers. As far as quality, this is a mid-quality leather product. The chairs I received don’t look exactly as they are shown on the site, specifically the back rest (see picture). Expect a a wrinkled softer look. Also, the back rest is attached to the chair which prevents me from readjusting the inside or adding more filling. I would not pay full price for this chair but I am satisfied for what I got them for. Wayfair stands behind their products and customer service is top notch. The delivery crew was also outstanding.. Two things, both important: #1. I LOVE this chair. It's gorgeous, very high quality, and butter-soft. One day-- a long time from now, I hope-- I just may ask to be propped up in it, my feet resting on an equally lovely stool (TBD) as I await my great reward. #2. Assembly is NOT easy, nor even possible for a single person, unless they have a third arm or a very precise robot. A second person is required-- one with patience, emotional intelligence, and really good eyesight. Tried to do it myself last night for an hour... might have had more success negotiating a bear trap.. Erin. Fryeburg, ME. Tue Aug 04 2026
