The delivery company was not very flexible in delivery times even after they messed up. I tried to cancel the order but Wayfair would not refund because they didn’t know where the chairs were. My client saw these chairs and fell in love with them! We ordered eight, and one came in with a broken leg, but Wayfair is sending a replacement and had amazing customer service! The slip cover is nice to takeoff and wash when it gets dirty, and I really like the feel of it in the room.
