What can I say except, Wayfair you’ve done it again! Time and time again and you never disappoint! I am in the process of switching out all my furniture from my previous home to all white new furniture with gold accents in keeping with the design theme O have done for my new build. I have a small pet and a daughter at home, plus family members who visit from time to time, so, even though my theme is elegance, it was important for it to be LIVABLE and not a museum you can’t touch. My daughter’s boyfriend spilled red wine on it on Thanksgiving night at dinner, I didn’t know until the day after Thanksgiving, which reads STAIN in my brand new chairs that were only delivered day or two before Thanksgiving! Love these chairs but may not be for everyone. Craftsmanship is great!! Very sturdy, and feels like a high quality piece of furniture. The only downside is they are not made for just anyone. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the chairs are. I expected them to be nice for the price but sometimes you just don’t know until you get them. It didn’t take long to put them together. I’m very happy with the chair. One “con” that I found was the instructions and holes for screws were 6 but kit only had 4 screws. My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service.
