Lots of issues during shipment. Some help from customer service, but my assembly service was canceled so I had to hire someone to assemble. Item was protected by inside wrapping. Outside box did not hold up well to so many trips off and on trucks 3 times over the whole continent. Assembly instructions did not match this item and holes drilled did not match up correctly. This is gorgeous when it comes together, but man is it laborious to put together. The instructions aren’t great, and it took four of us 2.5 hours to put it together .
