I really wanted to check out the quality of the product before actually committing to it. I have applying this over a stone floor to hopefully have a cleaner look overall. Since the actual project requires nearly 5000 sq ft I want to make sure that this project will maintain the design continuity and overall quality standard I'm looking for. That can be tricky when you want to stay under $10.00 per foot. I also had my installer give me his opinion since he's the one who's going to have to work with it. From my prospective the color is what I'm looking for, and the Herringbone design will give just enough texture in these large rooms to be interesting. Well i guess I ordered a sample of this gorgeous flooring instead of the box but its super nice. It has cushion base and interlocking for stability its nice and wide not a thin strip. There is a wide color selection I chose vintage oak for my needs. The box price is reasonable and the sample really sold me on the quality level. The sample was great to help an informed choice of product is would highly recommend a sample before purchasing any flooring choice now. Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern.
