I wasnt sure about these when I first opened the packages. The smell was so strong that I had to put them in the wash immediately (watch out for crazy amounts of fuzz from the chenille!). The pattern is also printed on, not embroidered, and I thought it might look tacky. They came out of the wash pretty wrinkled even though I took them out right away, and the instructions say not to iron. And after all that - I really love them! I love these curtains. They’re the perfect bohemian feminine look and pair perfectly with my mid-century mod and antique furniture. I currently have them hanging so the tassels are right above or skimming the floor. I used to have to keep my window shades partially up for privacy but now these provide enough obscurity during the day that I can let in so much more light.
