The light is beautiful, however it is a little wobbly. It hangs over our island so I don’t think it will matter because it won’t be touched except for when it’s being cleaned. This light fixture is beautiful. Its is heavy and very solid. My husband was able to hang it in about an hour by himself (although it would have been easier with 2 people due to the weight). This light fixture works perfectly in our bathroom. We wanted to replace the original builder-grade light that came with the house, but I had trouble finding something that met our needs. Our previous fixture was ceiling-mounted, while most bathroom lights are designed to be installed on the wall above or beside a mirror. I actually found this light while browsing kitchen fixtures, and my husband suggested it might work well in the bathroom—and he was right. It looks great installed. I especially love that the wiring is fully enclosed in metal tubes. Our old fixture had exposed wiring threaded through chains, which was difficult to keep clean. This fixture also provides three lights, and because the bottom of each sconce is open and the bulbs point downward, it gives off excellent, bright light—perfect for waking up in the morning. Installation notes • Some parts are secured with set screws the correct size Allen wrench is included, which is a nice touch. • The instructions need a small correction two pairs of wires exit the assembled fixture for connection to household wiring, but the instructions only show and describe one pair. • Overall, assembly and installation were straightforward and manageable. This chandelier makes an industrial statement with a unique twist from the glass panel shades. It arrived in flimsy packaging and one of the glass panels was broken. Also the gold metal pieces that hold the glass panel shades had to be adjusted to make the shades look straight. Wayfair has an excellent policy and customer service, tho, and we received a replacement the next day or two. We picked up bulbs from a local hardware store. These are 40 watt equivalent (4 watt) clear glass bulbs. We wanted and tried frosted bulbs, but only found 60 watt equivalent (5.5 watt). Art Deco style gets an twist in the Savoy House Orleans 5-light linear pendant. Panes of natural alabaster obscure the lights for a bright yet comfortable glow and are held in a jewelry-like frame. Orleans is 11" in height, 44.38" in length and 8" in width. It uses 5 candelabra size bulbs of up to 60 watts each (bulbs not included). Comes with eight 12" downrods and two 6" downrods.
