I have tried several electric log sets and been extremely disappointed. Nothing on the market that’s a log set looks close to being a real fire experience. But this Napoleon sets comes closest. I assembled it myself in about 30 minutes. Instructions were easy. The “glowing fire “ could be more realistic, the flames could be higher and wider and the blower on the heater could be quieter. I paid much more for other log sets that couldn’t hold a candle (or flame ) to this set. Terrific heater! We had an electric fireplace from another box store that the warming unit went bad in and I was unable to get any replacement parts for. The measurements of this unit were correct so I replaced the other heater with this and it has worked perfectly, it even looks better than the original!
