The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I would recommend this bed to anyone but be mindful of scheduling and delivery options because it is very heavy if you dont live on the first floor with no elevator that will be an issue.. Lynne. I was concerned that it might be too low to the ground (like they are making a lot of beds these days) but it turned out to be a good height. The assembly was pretty standard, although putting the headboard together was a little challenging. It only took about two hours doing it by myself. I love the material of the headboard, not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it is also super soft. WOW! I am so happy with my purchase. I already owned a beautiful headboard (as you can see in the pictures) but I wanted an upholstered bed base. I had so much trouble finding one and was looking for a long time until I found this one on Wayfair.
