I am pleased with the design of these shelves. They were what I was looking for in my laundry space. If you are used putting shelves together, they were fine, of course the doors took the most to get even. they have cute light inserts for when opening, which I didn't know when buying so added bonus. The cabinet arrived in great condition. Instructions were easy to follow and all hardware is included. The hinges are heavy and good quality. The handles are light, but they are metal. It is made of an MDF type of material covered with a sort of slick and shiny veneer. We are using it for storage in our mechanical room. It’s great for that and would be great for garage storage too. Would never order this again! We waited a long time to receive a box full of pressed board, tons of screws and very poor instructions for assembly. By the time we finally got it together and secured on the wall, it was hardly worth the effort. Hardware looks cheap and really, so does the piece. This is such a beautiful cabinet! The materials are quality and the construction is solid. It is quite heavy so I love that it is hung with a French cleat. You will still need to use anchors and studs. The hinges are soft close too which is always a bonus!
