The all-over scroll stitch pattern appears on the bed platform, but the quilt is framed by contrasting channel-quilted borders, with an additional medallion scroll band added to the outer edge of the quilt.

I am very pleased with this bedding set. It is very high quality and all cotton so washable. The colors are exactly as seen online. I love this quilt - it's light weight but substantial. It's a true white (which I love) and it is larger than most King sized quilts.
