Be careful with the stickers. The bubble easy when applying them and can't re apply them. I would highly recommend buying a box spring along with the mattress. Shipping went smooth. I bought this bed to go in our room next to our bed. My 2 year old loves it! It's a little smaller than the other cars beds, so it fits perfect in our room without taking up too much space. The bed sits on the floor so it's easy for him to get in and out. My son has never slept in a crib, he's been sleeping with us since he moved out of the pack n play. For us, this bed isn't meant to be his forever kid bed, it's a transition bed until he gets used to sleeping by himself (no criticism please). He's fallen asleep every night in this bed. Sometime in the night he does get up and crawl in bed with us. If you are in our same situation, it's a good starter bed until he's ready to move into a bigger bed in his own room.. Stephanie.
