This is a lovely light that arrived in a beat up box. Upon opening it I noticed shards of glass. I was surprised and disappointed in seeing it in this condition. Normally everything is packaged so carefully. The bubble wrap and the cardboard was flimsy as was the outside box. I’m going to contact customer service and will update my review later.UPDATE Great customer service! They immediately responded and replaced it with a brand new one that arrived in great condition and completely intact. It’s beautiful!. Peggy. Longview, TX. Sat Oct 10 2026

It's made from metal and features a square base with a carved ring around the circular mount for a touch of traditional appeal. This piece is designed to have your lantern mounted directly to it, so we don't recommend that you use it with a post or any other intermediary piece. Plus, there are pre-drilled holes in each corner so you can install it onto a post or wall.
