Perfect! This chair worked out for us so well I bought a 2nd. I tried out a similar looking chair in the furniture store that was about 2000. The 2k chair was definitely more cushy comfortable but the look is the same. This chair is a little firm but is wide , deep and back support high enough to be comfortable. The assembly wasnt as easy as some upholstery chairs Ive purchased but it wasnt complicated. I ended up turning the chair over and putting part of it on my sofa to attach the back. Pretty comfy. Easy to put together once I figured out their instructions. Their instructions were terrible and photos didn’t help. But once you figure it out, pretty easy. I purchased 2 for my small living room. They’re lower than a normal chair, but sit pretty comfortably. Not sure how long the cushions will last. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. These chairs are nice and very comfortable. Super easy to put together and love the modern farmhouse house look they have but still feel cozy.
