Just got an email today stating the hardware packet should arrive on February 10, so we will see if they send the correct hardware. I don't think I have ever had a purchase from Wayfair that didn't have an issue with something. It is definitely common with this company. I still really like the chairs. These chairs are quite nice but the color of the wood is a bit more red than expected and the cushion material, although soft, doesn't seem like it will hold up to stains over time.
