First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

Mostly great setup, arrived in good shape. Love that it's fabric inatead of the shoddy PU leather that always falls apart quickly. 4 stars because it's advertised as having massage and doesn't. Still a great price regardless as most non gaming ergonomic chairs have gotten expensive, and this includes more! Foot rest works great, tucks away well, and it's overall very comfortable. Adjustable headrest and lumbar feel incredible after never having them before. I do gaming and my PhD in AI online, so I use this plenty.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 10 2026
