The Tufted Linen Upholstered Accent Armchair is pretty firm. I ordered the beige color and it’s more like a very light gray beige. It arrived in great shape and was really easy to assemble. The bottom corners were sown a little odd and I’m still debating if I like the chair. The separation of the top arms, instead of a nice flow, kind of bother me as well as the back of the chair but I love the mid century modern look of the chair so I will keep it.. Evelyn. Chicago, IL.
