I haven't fully finished it up yet as I didn't have a stapler but do have the other tools required. I plan to top it with a butcher block which should pair well with my envisioned vibe. The process of the instructions seems informative enough though they were torn. Much better instructions than some other companies provide. So I'm going to give this 5 stars because I bought this with a bunch of other cabinet bases for my kitchen. The quality is great, but the instructions for them is not the best. The holes are not predrilled, and the instructions are not clear either. On top of it, the lazy susan did not come shipped with this, so I had to call Wayfair and send pictures for them to send me the lazy susan so I can actually utilize this piece. Solid, good finish to the wood, looks great, but the instructions are terrible. Instructions are pictures only, and it's not clear what they are trying to indicate. The videos I found for this exact product are for different style of attachment, so not helpful. I have put together many of these types of furniture. He stated that the directions were not included so he had to look them up. It took longer than expected but after fully assembled there were no real issues. The unit does not have a top because it is meant to go under a counter top. The finish is decent. These cabinets are great! Very high quality for the price and very quick to put together. One note is if you buy a whole set, there is an instructions “paper” in each box (not very helpful) but one should also contain a QR code to some assembly videos on YouTube (VERY HELPFUL) I also added some liquid nails between the pieces for extra strength and rigidity.
