As several other reviews have mentioned, the assembly while straightforward is a little tricky. The couch arrives in three different boxes. One box has the bench seat which contains the legs and cushions inside the bottom of it. You will need two people minimum to assemble this couch. Once you lineup, the pieces like the arm and the seat you will have to push down, but you won’t see it going in so you have to line it up really well before you start pushing it in. it’s easy to get one side in and then not get the other side in. for the first arm attachment, we stood the seat up on its end, making it easier. with two people it took about 30 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. The legs look OK but they’re just inexpensive plastic so they’re not that beautiful. You might want to replace them with custom legs. Luckily there are lots of places that sell really cool furniture legs if you want something nicer. I think the couch is very comfortable. It has a generous size seat. It is a firmer couch, but the wide arms are really comfy to lean on and it’s comfortable when you stretch out on it. It looks really great. The fabric is nice and the pillows are very high-quality. The couch itself is well made and very comfortable - just the right balance of softness and firmness. It feels sturdy, supportive, and overall seems to be good quality. However, the couch I received looks nothing like the one pictured. The sofa shown online is a bright, modern, pretty green with a fresh, contemporary look. The one I received is a much darker, muted olive with a textured fabric that gives it a very dated appearance. I almost feel like there was a bait-and-switch, because the difference between the product pictured and what actually arrived is pretty dramatic. If the color and fabric looked like the photos, I would have easily given this 5 stars. The couch itself is great, it’s the misleading photos and completely different appearance that keep me at 4 stars. It arrived in three boxes, with the arms packaged separately from the center pieces.
