My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The material is very soft and comfy . It took us about 2 hours to put together and instructions were easy to follow . I did not give it 5 stars because the slip cover bottoms do not come together nicely. I steamed the wrinkles out and hope time will take care of the rest . I before I added all the cushions I tide very tight the 2 legs of each unit together with black cording then added the cushions . I am happy with it for the price .
