Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! The instructions were not easy to follow at all. We have the same exact couch in a grey but I don’t remember it being this hard to set up. The couch is solid though and we must have liked it for us to get 2 of it! This one is in our family room and it has a beautiful royal blue color to it. If you are looking for a less bulky set that is still long and has room, this should do it. It does not look cheap. But I will say this - from knowledge of the other grey one we have, the fabric starts to have piles on it after a short time and this happens with age and from rubbing (sitting) upon it. I am now seeing that there might be ways to remove piling from furniture. Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! I love the mid century vibes. I got this and the loveseat. The cushions are firm. I hope they stay that way. There is no neck support and the couch could slide a bit if it's on hardwood, so keep that in mind. I placed the couch against the wall to remedy the no neck and prevent sliding.
