This is an incredibly solid dresser. Very heavy, nice quality, well made. Like the color of the wood, nice size, and like that it sits on the floor. Lots of drawers, 9, but each somewhat small. I really like the look of the drawer pulls, but they are not very good quality, thin and cheap. Like the top material, just not a big fan of the color, wish it was more neutral. Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix. I really did love this purchase although it was a little annoying!!! First, I would like to say that the instructions were a little bit confusing because I prefer detailed captions along with the illustrations so it took a while to assemble this dresser so be patient with yourself. I would recommend setting all of the pieces out and reading over the booklet before assembling, otherwise the quality is great. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dresser arrived with multiple manufacturer defects, including dents, scratches, and poor craftsmanship that affected its functionality. For the price, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, the item is now out of stock, so I was unable to receive a replacement. Because this was delivered with white glove service, it also could not be picked up immediately, leaving me stuck with a large, damaged dresser in my home. I was also informed that if the item comes back in stock, I would not be able to receive a replacement at the price I originally paid. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Really happy with this dresser. Not gonna lie, putting it together took a while, but it wasn't difficult, just time-consuming. Once everything was assembled, it looked really nice. This despite the number of pieces it came in, was fairly easy to put together. The only issue we ran into was that two glued in screw holders were put in backwards so that you could not screw two parts together (see pic). We had to get a large drill bit and create two new holes through those plastic pieces. It does look exactly as the photos and the drawers align perfectly with no issues when opening or closing them. Definitely read the dimensions of the height and depth of the drawers however, because it’s a bit shorter with more shallow drawers than I anticipated from the image.. Andrea. Laramie, WY.
