The material is very soft and comfy . It took us about 2 hours to put together and instructions were easy to follow . I did not give it 5 stars because the slip cover bottoms do not come together nicely. I steamed the wrinkles out and hope time will take care of the rest . I before I added all the cushions I tide very tight the 2 legs of each unit together with black cording then added the cushions . I am happy with it for the price .
