Very comfortable so far, I love the lower back and wider seat. It’s definitely brown, but if you have cool lighting it can look grey! My light has different settings and changing them changed the look of the couch. It was fairly easy to assemble as well! It is lower than my old couch but doesn’t bother me. I could see it being problem for someone older. But all in all I’m very happy with this purchase especially for never having had some place to test it out first!!. Jamie. Sun Oct 25 2026

They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

This is beyond what I expected , I wanted To give it four stars because I’m scared the cushions will flatten over time but it’s been almost six months and we still haven’t seen a decline … and I take Naps on it. Anonymous. Wed Nov 04 2026

Great sectional for the value! Setup took about 2 hours, but I was able to do it all on my own. My only complaint is that the ottomans don’t stay put. The ability to rearrange is nice, but it’s annoying when it is constantly moving while sitting on it.. Jamie. Highland Park, IL. Sat Oct 31 2026

So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

For a compressed sofa, this is very sturdy but still very comfortable. It has some weight to it and did not suddenly blow up in a fast dangerous manner like some compressed sofas do. It took about a minute to fully expand and we let it sit for a few hours and it was ready to go.. Ar. AR. Tue Nov 03 2026
